Government Polytechnic, Garhi Shyampur is a state government college established in the year 2009 with an aim to improve academic standards of Diploma Programmes in Engineering Science & Technology. The College is approved by All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated to Uttarakhand State Board of Technical Education.
The college campus is located 3km away from Rishikesh-Haridwar highway towards Khadri Khadakmaaf village. The area is peaceful and serene which is best for students to concentrate well on studies.
